And They're Off!
Well 2012 is well and truly with us and I think it is safe to say that we have 'come out of the blocks like a racehorse' since Christmas.
We have started the year just as we finished 2011 with some tremendous sales results across a large number of developments, in particular Reevelands Place a development of 18 townhouses in Leatherhead for Linden Homes has been particularly popular. This is in the face of some extremely stiff competition locally and I am delighted with the efforts of everybody concerned. What is particularly encouraging is the wide spread of value of property that we have reserved through the month from a good number of first-time buyers through to a 4,500 sq ft detached house in East Grinstead and a good number of investors on buy-to-let...
